Abstract

This study was carried out to determine the level of satisfaction of students with the services of STI West Negros University and to take these points into consideration while making educational plans. Respondents were the 373 students. The researcher employed the descriptive research design and a self-made questionnaire was used in generating the data. The frequency and percentage scoring were employed in determining the teachers’ profile. The mean was used in ascertaining the level of satisfaction of students with the university services. The Mann-Whitney U test was used in ascertaining whether or not significant differences existed in the satisfaction of students. Findings revealed that when taken as a whole there is a very high level of satisfaction on the Guidance Services, Instructors and Classroom Instruction and Learning Resources/Library Services. Meanwhile the lowest is on Equipment Maintenance and Housekeeping. The findings suggest that, Facilities Management office must focus on improving the cleaning and upkeep of the campus. This could involve increasing the frequency of cleaning, implementing more effective cleaning procedures, and closely monitoring the cleanliness standards in those areas.
