Submission Process

The submission process for the International Multidisciplinary Journal of Research for Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence (IMJRISE) is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Please follow the steps below to ensure that your manuscript is submitted correctly and efficiently.

1. Prepare Your Manuscript

  • Follow the Manuscript Preparation Guidelines and ensure that your submission adheres to the required format (see our Template/Outline section).
  • Include all the necessary sections such as Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References as appropriate for your research type.
  • Ensure that your manuscript is free of errors, properly formatted, and complies with our ethical standards.

2. Register and Log In

  • Create an account or log in to the journal’s submission system via our OJS (Open Journal Systems) platform.
  • This will allow you to submit your manuscript online and track its progress through the review process.

3. Submit Your Manuscript

  • Once logged in, follow the prompts to submit your manuscript. You will be asked to provide the following:
    • Title of the manuscript
    • Abstract (150-250 words) and keywords
    • Authors' full names, affiliations, and contact details
    • Manuscript files in the required format (MS Word)
    • Any supplementary files (e.g., tables, figures, appendices)
  • If submitting a revised manuscript, indicate the changes made based on reviewer feedback.

4. Peer Review Process

  • After submission, your manuscript will undergo a peer review process. We follow a double-blind peer review system, where both the author(s) and reviewers are anonymized.
  • Reviewers will evaluate the quality, relevance, originality, and scientific merit of the manuscript.
  • Based on reviewers' comments, the editor will make one of the following decisions:
    • Accepted: The manuscript will be published as is.
    • Minor Revision: The manuscript requires minor changes before acceptance.
    • Major Revision: The manuscript requires significant changes, and you will be asked to resubmit after revisions.
    • Rejected: The manuscript does not meet the publication standards of the journal.

5. Revise Your Manuscript (If Necessary)

  • If your manuscript is returned with reviewer comments, address the feedback thoroughly and make necessary revisions.
  • Submit the revised manuscript along with a response letter detailing the changes made in response to reviewer suggestions.
  • Ensure that you revise the manuscript in accordance with the Peer Review Guidelines.

6. Final Decision and Acceptance

  • After revision (if applicable), the editor will make the final decision on whether your manuscript will be accepted for publication.
  • If accepted, you will receive a notification of acceptance, and your article will be scheduled for publication.

7. Publication Fees

  • Article Processing Charges (APC) will be applicable once your article is accepted for publication. Detailed information about APCs can be found on our Author Guidelines.
  • An invoice will be issued for the payment, which can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other accepted methods.

8. Obtain Certificate of Publication

  • Upon publication, authors will receive a Certificate of Publication at no extra charge (included in the publication fee).
  • For additional copies, a fee of $50 per article (not per author) will be charged. See our Get Certificate section for more details.
