Effective resource allocation is one of the critical factors to improve the quality of education. Under the conditions of limited resources, optimizing resource allocation and improving resource utilization efficiency has become a core issue that must be solved in developing English education in private schools. This study was conducted to determine the level of efficiency of educational resource allocation among private schools in China for the School Year 2023-2024. The study utilized a descriptive research design. A validated and reliability-tested self-made questionnaire was used to gather baseline data from 522 sampled respondents. Most teacher-respondents are older, have a Master’s Degree, and have higher monthly incomes. The teacher’s efficiency level in educational resource allocation in personalized teaching and international trends was moderate, and the level was low in education information. There is no significant difference in the level of efficiency of educational resource allocation in personalized teaching, international trends, and education information when grouped and compared according to the variables of age, highest educational attainment, and average monthly income.
