Danas ng mga Mag-Aaral na Dumaan sa Contract of Adhesion

Ang pagkakaroon ng isang mataas at matibay na edukasyon ay isang saligan upang mabago ang takbo ng isang lipunan tungo sa pagkakaroon ng isang masaganang ekonomiya. Ang Contract of Adhesion ay isang sistema ng mga kasunduang laganap sa kasalukuyang panahon lalo na sa mga paaralan sa kolehiyo. Ang pagpapatupad ng kasunduang ito ng paaralan ay isang layunin upang magkaroon ng pagsunod sa legal na pamamahala na kung saan ay kinakailangan sundin ang mga legal na regulasyon at alituntunin ng isang paaralan na may kaugnayan sa edukasyon at ibang mga alintuntunin sa pamamahala ng paaralan. Ang pagkasangkot ng mga mag-aaral sa kasunduang ito ay nangangahulugan lamang na hindi tuwirang nabibigyang pansin ng mga mag-aaral ang kahalagahan ng edukasyon, may mga salik na nakaka impluwensiya sa kanilang pagkatuto na nagiging dahilan na hindi nagagampanan ang layunin ng pag-aaral.
