The study examined supervisor readiness, commitment, and encountered difficulties within a large educational division in Central Visayas, Philippines during the 2023-2024 school year. Using a descriptive research design with 50 supervisors as respondents, data was collected through a self-made questionnaire. Findings revealed high levels of readiness and commitment among supervisors, particularly in supporting curriculum management and fostering continuous improvement. However, difficulties included managing team conflicts, recruiting qualified staff, and aligning curriculum with standards. Demographic factors such as age and length of service significantly influenced these aspects. Recommendations stress the need for ongoing professional development and targeted interventions to address operational challenges and enhance district effectiveness.
