Abstract

Effective patient acquisition strategies are essential for radiology clinics to remain competitive and responsive to community needs. This study assessed the perceived effectiveness of such strategies in four key areas: digital marketing, insurance and pricing, accessibility, and patient convenience. One hundred respondents composed of radiologic technologists, clinic staff, and administrative personnel participated in the study. Results showed high effectiveness in insurance and pricing, patient convenience, and accessibility, indicating strong implementation of strategies that directly support patient engagement and satisfaction. However, digital marketing was identified as the weakest area, with only moderate effectiveness reported. This suggests underutilization of online tools and platforms crucial for expanding patient reach. The study recommends strengthening digital marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and improve overall patient acquisition outcomes in radiology clinics.
