This study aimed to assess the management skills of Master Teachers in public schools within a medium-sized division in Eastern Visayas during the School Year 2023–2024. Quantitative data were gathered from 329 public school teachers using a validated researcher-made questionnaire. The study focused on management skills in technical assistance, coaching and mentoring, and capability building skills. Profile variables included age, sex, highest educational attainment, and length of service. Most respondents were younger, female, less tenured, and without postgraduate degrees. Findings revealed that the management skills of Master Teachers were at a high level across all profile groupings. Technical assistance showed no significant difference across variables, while coaching and mentoring, and capability building skills showed significant differences when grouped according to sex. These findings suggest that Master Teachers demonstrate strong management skills.
