Accountability and Satisfaction of Products and Services Provided by Cooperatives in Northern Negros

Understanding members' accountability, and satisfaction with cooperative products and services is essential in enhancing member engagement, fostering financial responsibility, and ensuring the sustainable growth of cooperatives. This study examined the accountability, and satisfaction of members with the products and services of cooperatives in Northern Negros for the fiscal year 2023. A descriptive-comparative-correlational research design using the survey method was utilized. The cooperative effectively engaged its members through various offerings, including financial products, advisory services, and socio-economic programs, resulting in high satisfaction levels and loyalty. The study also found that members exhibit exceptional accountability, demonstrated through responsible financial management and commitment to obligations. The findings suggested a significant positive relationship between member accountability, and satisfaction. Lastly, the study recommended developing targeted products and services, implementing educational initiatives, and promoting responsible borrowing and repayment practices to further enhance member satisfaction and accountability.
