There is no significant difference in the level of retention factors when participants are grouped according to age, sex, educational attainment, length of service, and type of hospital. There is no significant difference in the level of influence of post-pandemic factors on retention of nurses when they are grouped according to age, sex, educational attainment, length of service, and type of hospital. Strengthening mentorship and continuing education is crucial, given the predominance of young professionals in the workforce. Structured mentorship programs pairing experienced nurses with new graduates can provide essential guidance, while encouraging postgraduate education through scholarships, tuition reimbursement, or flexible schedules can foster long-term professional growth. Additionally, continuous training programs focused on clinical and leadership skills will further enhance job performance and career development.
