This study aims to assess the distinct historical and cultural elements of Sang-at Festival, analyze the social interactions and community engagement it fosters and evaluate it's economic benefits for the local community. Furthermore, the study focuses on constructing comprehensive dance literature that explicates the essence of festival. This ethnographic research delves into the historical context and cultural significance of the Sang-at Festival within Valencia, Bohol community. The dance literature developed through this study covers culture, classifications, ethnolinguistic elements, costumes, and properties including basic steps, and music annotations. The findings reveal the festival's potential to enrich dance literature showcasing performative practices that reflect town's rich cultural traditions. The study concludes that the Sang-at festival is a tool preserving cultural heritage, fostering solidarity, and contributing to local economic development.
