Vol. 3 No. 7 (2026): International Multidisciplinary Journal of Research for Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence (IMJRISE)
This issue of the International Multidisciplinary Journal of Research for Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence (IMJRISE) highlights diverse studies on education, language learning, inclusive practices, and workforce preparation. The articles explore factors influencing the on-the-job performance of hospitality management interns, lived experiences of physical educators and student teachers, and long-term impacts of specialized arts education programs. Several contributions focus on inclusive education through systematic reviews, meta-syntheses, and analyses of interdisciplinary collaboration and systemic mechanisms in special education. Complementing these are studies on instructional innovation, including literature-based approaches in ESL and the use of structured strategies to improve punctuation skills among junior high school students. Together, the works in this issue contribute insights into teaching practice, curriculum innovation, arts education, and inclusive learning environments across varied educational contexts.
