Abstract

This study explores the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) level of awareness of the Negosyo Center services. Specifically, this study What is the participants’ level of awareness of Negosyo Center services in terms of:

Business advisory; Business registration assistance;Production;Product development;Trade and promotion; Financing facilitation; and Investment promotion, as a whole and when grouped according to business classification.

The research is grounded in the Information Processing Theory by Atkinson and Shiffrin (1968), which helps explain how organizations absorb, interpret, and act on information. A total of 337 registered MSMEs participated in the study. Using a descriptive research design, the researcher-developed survey instrument was used for data gathering, which was conducted during the second semester of the academic year 2024–2025.  Results revealed that MSMEs are more likely to respond positively to services that are clearly communicated and show immediate relevance to their needs. The study also found significant differences in awareness based on business classification. These findings underscore the importance of targeted outreach and strategic communication tailored to specific business types. Ultimately, the study offers practical insights for improving service delivery and strengthening local support systems for MSMEs.
