This qualitative inquiry explores the role of industry partnerships in enhancing technology and livelihood education (TLE) programs. The study delves into the perspectives of educators, industry professionals, and students to identify the benefits, challenges, and best practices associated with such collaborations. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions, and thematic analysis was employed to derive key themes from the responses. The findings highlight the significant impact of industry partnerships in enriching TLE curricula and bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world applications. Through collaborations with industry professionals, educational institutions ensure the relevance and practicality of TLE programs, regularly updating the curriculum to align with current industry trends. Participants also emphasized the value of these partnerships in fostering students' skill development and increasing their employability prospects. Industry engagements provide opportunities for students to acquire technical and soft skills, making them more marketable to potential employers. Furthermore, the study reveals that industry partnerships offer students exposure to diverse career paths and valuable networking opportunities. By participating in internships and workshops with industry experts, students gain insights into various career options and build meaningful connections within the job market. However, the study also highlights challenges faced in establishing and maintaining industry partnerships, particularly related to resource constraints. Limited resources and funding may hinder the full potential of these collaborations, warranting proactive efforts to address such obstacles. The implications of this research underscore the importance of industry partnerships in preparing learners for the demands of the modern workforce. To optimize the impact of these collaborations, educational institutions and policymakers must allocate adequate resources and support to sustain and enhance industry partnerships in TLE programs.
