Abstract

This systematic literature review explores the transformative impact of school-community partnerships on educational leadership success. Drawing on insights from authoritative scholars such as Epstein, Auerbach, and Bryk et al., the study reveals four key findings. Firstly, active community engagement positively correlates with enhanced student learning outcomes, including academic achievements and socio-emotional skill development. Secondly, well-established school-community partnerships contribute to improved leadership effectiveness, enabling educational leaders to navigate challenges and engage diverse stakeholders. Thirdly, these collaborations positively impact inclusive decision-making processes, with increased community involvement in shaping educational policies and programs. Lastly, the study emphasizes the role of school-community partnerships in resource mobilization and sustainability, reducing the burden on schools and fostering a shared responsibility for educational success. The findings underscore the enduring value of fostering strong bonds between schools and communities, affirming that the synergy between the two is a catalyst for sustainable educational success.
