This issue of the International Multidisciplinary Journal of Research for Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence (IMJRISE) presents research exploring educational adaptation, leadership, and student outcomes in the post-pandemic or “New Normal” context. This issue highlights studies on program implementation in MAPEH and emergency maternal and newborn care, teacher coping strategies, and instructional innovations such as differentiated instruction, blended learning, and multimedia-based vocabulary support. Several articles focus on school readiness, risk assessment, and leadership competence in implementing school-based management, as well as the experiences of student leaders navigating dual roles or first-time parenthood. Language acquisition, bilingual education, and grammatical competence are explored alongside studies on vocational and computer education. The issue also emphasizes technology integration, including AI in teaching and academic writing, and investigates organizational support, emotional labor, and customer satisfaction in service settings. Collectively, the research underscores resilience, inclusivity, and adaptive strategies in educational and organizational contexts, reflecting both local Philippine realities and broader implications for pedagogical practice.
