The purpose of this research was to evaluate the Physical Education (PE) and Sports Program of Estaca Integrated School in Compostela, Cebu for SY 2024–2025 as a starting point for physical education and sports improvement. Particularly, it attempted to identify how much different factors contribute to the impact of the program, with emphasis on process variables like infrastructure and facilities and school administration and community support; a process variable of teacher competency and training; and an output variable of student engagement and participation. The research investigated the relationship between student engagement and participation and the input and process variables. With a quantitative correlational research design, data were collected using structured questionnaires from student participants. Descriptive statistics were employed in determining the impact of each factor, and correlation analysis was utilized to explore the interrelationship among identified variables. Results indicated that all the major factors significantly impacted the success of the PE and sports program. Of these, teacher training and competency and student participation and engagement were found to be the strongest. Both of these variables were strongly and positively related, and this reflects that better facilities, administrative and community support, and teaching standards significantly contribute to student involvement in sports and PE. On the basis of these conclusions, an improvement program can be formulated to improve areas of identified gaps, enhance the implementation of the program, and make physical education a valuable contributor to students' overall development.
